Refunds 
As each and every pair of glasses are personalised and customised to your selection, we strictly do not accept return/refund due to change of mind.

Please be sure to make purchases with your own discretion.

*Please note, all products include 1 year quality warranty. Should you have issues regarding the quality please contact us at contact.dailylook@gmail.com .

Exchanges
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be:

  • Non-prescribed glasses
  • In the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or a proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at contact.dailylook@gmail.com.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Damages and Issues 
Under certain circumstances we will allow returns for a refund/exchange or store credit.
When the goods are genuinely faulty or damaged during delivery please follow the steps below:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged product and contact through contact.dailylook@gmail.com.
  2. We will then take you through to the procedure of your request.

Please inspect your order and contact us as soon as possible if the item is  defective, damaged or have received the wrong item and we can evaluate the issue and rectify it for you.
